My primary concern is oil consumption and it's my understanding that it's caused by oil jets spraying oil on the pistons while afm is active. By disabling afm you disabled the oil jets and stop the consumption. I just changed the oil and put the disabler in so we'll see if I'm low on oil in 5k miles.
