They came on 1/26. Said all is well now, though we didn't know we had any problems. Confirm the prompt that appears. Do not turn off the box or the TV until the refresh completes. Once the refresh completes, the cable box will reboot. Error Code: RDK-03013. Description: It appears that your X1 box is either not activated or doesn't have a strong enough signal.
