I have the same problem. what yu have to do is use the tip of a sharp object and pop the inside of the battery back up, not to much but just enough where you can connect the battery to the usb charger port and it will charge. Also make sure there’s no debris between connecting the cart and the battery on the metal part.Got the stiiizy last night. Worked fine. Charged it overnight and when I woke up the light went from red to clear. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and now it's red.Your lungs can only hold in what you inhale for the first 3-5 seconds, anything after that is just you quite literally wasting your breath. You’re not doing anything different. A few good long drags exhaled after a quick lung inhale does the trick for me though they say not to do that.

The trick that I've used and found out around here a while back is to turn the temp of the Pax high and there should be a vent hole on the side of the device that you should inhale through for a bit. That would force the draw on the Pax and probably free up the pod. It's almost like a manual "preheat", which is the achilles heel of a pod system ...

While not as wide a range as a Uni Pro (2.0-4.2) or the Uni Pro 2.0 (1.8-4.2) it is a perfectly servicable range of voltages. The Shiv has a very robust weight to it and it completely conceals the cartridge when not in use.

If you do you're research you may find the issue and resolve it by connecting the wire in the right designated area. But that's just a theory! Got the stiiizy last night. Worked fine.
