Downstairs which is on one’s own doesn’t respond to the thermostat keeps getting hotter and hotter and will not cool. Master bedroom on another zone keeps getting colder and colder with the thermostat turned off.It’s still blowing air but not as cool as it should be and not hard enough. That what make me think there is a problem with the damper. I normally don’t have an issue cooling the upstairs even in the hot summer but for the last few weeks it will not get below 73 even when the thermostat is set at 68 but the downstairs zone has no issues cooling off.
