That makes a lot of sense and would make farming consistent, hence it would never be implemented in Warframe.You get riven slivers from some relics and the mods fetch a decent price. If you are for real then the same way we originally farmed steel essence - ie endless steel path at least for over an hour on a high eximus spawn rate map. You'll get a heap of em.I think the understandable and useful items to add would be Riven Ciphers and Riven Transmuters, maybe an Endo bundle.
